I like to walk around the city and collect oddities that I normally ignore as I rush through my life. With Covid-19 continuing but momentarily ebbing, I find myself wanting to get out more and mix with the life in San Francisco and I encounter views of people, shops, graffiti, colors, food, garbage, and of course homelessness. I try to capture it all. I am bashful about shooting strangers but I do it from across the street or in window reflections. This collection is just my way of looking at “things in the street” – the beauty, sadness, humor, awkwardness, and everyday reality.
